Workshop in the Woods Village Field Trip
Visiting our Village as a 7th Grade field trip. You will First encounter our Shepherds who are assigned to each Traveling Group of students we call Guilds.
The Shepherds will help you navigate through the streets, assist with your students' needs, all the while helping the students to understand what the Shepherds life is like in this era. Immersing them in the sights, sounds, smells and language.
As the Guilds travel through the streets of our village they will encounter everyday people going about their daily lives as the Guild journeys to their assigned classes.
Each Guild will receive 5 classes within the day. With many other classes throughout the village, no Guild will receive the exact same classes allowing for cross teaching in your classrooms after the day's events.
The day will pause for the noon meal and as students eat, they will be treated with flights from our Master Falconer, or a Joust of skilled Knights or a performance of their peers from the Renaissance Theatre Class.
